Job Description
The Student Assistant will support the Career Development Office by maintaining and updating career-related data and resources. This role involves inputting, reviewing, and verifying employment and information, assisting with database management, and ensuring the accuracy of student, alumni and employer records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain employment data in Career Development database.
- Verify and clean data for accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with compiling reports for internal use and external reporting.
- Support the office with occasional administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and alumni information.
Special Skills Needed:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
