"One of the most exciting things to happen at a university is the creation of new knowledge," said º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ President Ioannis Miaoulis. "SASH is a day celebrating scholarship for the University. It gives an opportunity for students and faculty to go around and see all the creative work from this year."
Commencement celebrations for º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ and º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ Law Class to feature in-person Grad Walks, graduates will be allowed to bring two guests to watch their processional and then depart campus.
These º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ students and alums developed the state's vaccination plans and launched a clinic. They’re processing Covid tests, calling those who test positive, making accessible face masks, and helping at-risk seniors. Their work may differ, but they are all motivated by a sense of urgency about mitigating – and ending – this pandemic.
Akunvabey will provide strategic leadership and champion programs, policies and practices that support an anti-racist, diverse and equitable community across the university.
The Shawmut Scholars Program at º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ will provide four-year scholarships, paid internships, and professional development to underrepresented students in engineering and construction management majors.
